Tom is an environmental engineer with over 30 years of experience in utility power plant operations, especially environmental compliance. Tom is particularly familiar with permitting and land issues in West Virginia and the western Maryland area. He has worked on a number of wind projects under development in the region. Tom has provided consulting services related to wind resource analysis and monitoring, property owner contracts/negotiations, permitting, and environmental issues and compliance. Tom is located in Hambleton, WV.
